bishop's lent fund

The amount sent by the parish to the Bishop's Lent Fund this year was £1,175.75. This will support projects in The Holy Land, our own diocese and Zimbabwe. Thank you to all who supported this fund.

Conversations about God

'Conversations about God' with Bishop Jack Spong Throughout his long career Bishop Jack Spong has challenged and inspired in equal measure. In our parish we have an opportunity to listen to the CD of his last talks in the UK and to discuss his ideas. All are welcome to any or all of the sessions which will be held at the home of John and Mavis Cracknell (request address from the Parish Office) from 3-5pm on 26th May. No need to book, just turn up.

Fellowship

From May 2013 the St Andrew's & St Marks (SASM) Fellowship will meet on the fourth Friday of the month between 10.00am and 12noon at Friday Coffee in the glass room at St Andrew's. This means that the next meeting of the SASM fellowship is on Friday 24th May.

the flying circus group

The Flying Circus Group will visit The Geffrye Museum, Shoreditch, London E2 8EA. Walk through the fascinating living rooms and gardens of the English middle classes over the past 400 years. Entry free. Meet 10am Platform 1 Surbiton Station. All welcome, nothing to join, no need to book, just turn up. This is a step free visit. Details from Robin, Harry or John 8399 5476.

Waldegrave Ensemble
