The Parish of St Andrew & St Mark, Surbiton
Our Services: Prayer and Praying

Prayer and Praying

Prayer is an essential part of the life of every Christian.

Morning Prayer is said at St Andrew's Church Tuesday to Friday at 8.30am; we use Common Worship (see below). Everyone is welcome. On Friday morning there is an 8.30am Eucharist.

A Parish Prayer Group meets monthly, look at the weekly update for the next date and venue. You can also access the traditional or contemporary Daily Office (Morning, Evening and Night Prayer) via the links below.

You may like to visit Invitation to Prayer, which contains prayers, advice on how to pray, and many useful links.

The Oremus website is also a very useful resource, with links to the lectionary, the hymnary, and to various versions of the Bible.
